Runtime exception

Dear all,

When I ran my program, I encountered the following runtime error message :

5:The type initializer for "SBL.UpgradeSupport" threw an exception.

In my program UpgradeSupport.vb, there is only one single line of code and
it is generated by Upgrade Wizard :

Module UpgradeSupport
Friend RDOrdoEngine_definst As New RDO.rdoEngine
End Module

How can I solve this runtime error?

Thanks and regards,
Eric
