Which program to make help file you suggest. This HTML Help WorkShp is
little bit old in look and dificult (if i my say) Any other programs to make
rich help any implement easily in vb.net program

The factors to consider when choosing a tool include: the format of

single-source WinHelp/HTML Help and other documentation formats, such
as printed manuals; and your budget. The tools that are most commonly
used by professional help authors are:

* AuthorIT
* Doc-To-Help
* HDK/XDK
* Help & Manual
* RoboHelp (the market leader, but expensive)
* WebWorks Publisher
