ASP 2.0 page running VB Script to .Net Web Service Dataset

OK Group I got a real good question for you.

We have a pre.Net ASP (VB Script) application with a 3rd party Grid.

This Grid uses data from a component (Delphi) that my company loves.

We would like to start using Stored Procs / Web Services and dump the DLL
hell.

Where can I find example to call a VB.Net WS to pull a DataSet from this WS
into a ASP 2.0 page running VB Script ?

Thanks
