Programmatically exporting drill down crystal reports in .net fails

I am currently exporting a crystal report using code.

This works fine and exports the report to a word document onto disk
using
DiskFileDestinationOptions() and ExportOptions

However when i drill down the report (hence looking at a group), the
export i am doing exports the whole report not the current group view
on the crystalreportviewer.

Any ideas on how to restrict the export on the current drill down
report?

CrystalReportViewer1.ReportSource = rpt
rpt.Export() 'this exports whole report not drill down

'note don't want to use crystalreportviewer1.exportreport() 'as this
limits functionality.

Thanks in advance
Adam
