Apllication stops with Error, when using "ALT" + "TAB"

I develop an MDI-Application in vb.net (2002).
But I got som errors, I can`t handle.
When I have opened some MDI-Children and also closed them, my
application crashed when I switch to an other application with "ALT" +
"TAB".
The error-message:
at System.Windows.Forms.UnsafeNativeMethods.PeekMessa ge(MSG& msg,
IntPtr hwnd, Int32 msgMin, Int32 msgMax, Int32 remove)
at System.Windows.Forms.ComponentManager.System.Windo ws.Forms.UnsafeNativeMethods+IMsoComponentManager. FPushMessageLoop(Int32
dwComponentID, Int32 reason, Int32 pvLoopData)
at System.Windows.Forms.ThreadContext.RunMessageLoop( Int32 reason,
ApplicationContext context)
at System.Windows.Forms.Application.RunDialog(Form form)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.ShowDialog(IWin32Window owner)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.ShowDialog()
at AsegoClient.modMain.main() in
C:\AsegoNet\AsegoClient\Klassen\modMain.vb:line 82

I use one module to start the application. This module loads the
login-form, the splash-form an the main-mdi-parent-form with
showDialog, e.g frmMain.showDialog()!

I´m catching each error in each function with try-catch, but this
error dos not appear in my functions and it´s not an bug in .net 2002,
because I also tried it in .net 2003.

Who can help?
