Open File Dialog

Does anyone know what is the control that appears at the top of most Open
File dialog boxes (the one next to the "Look in:" label)?

I guess they program in the icons and indents then?
Or is there a control already created that I can inherit?

Yes, it is an owner-drawn combobox.
