Create and modify a dll in COM+ and use it in Web

Hi,

I want to pratice how to create a test.dll and register it in COM+, and call the method from a asp page. test.dll can be modified many times.

the sample code of test.dll is:
Namespace VBCOMTest
Public Class COMTest
Public Function SayHi() As String
Return "Hello World!"
End Function
End Class
End Namespace

the asp code is:
<%
Set myObj = Server.CreateObject("VBCOMTest.COMTest")
Response.Write("From COM Object: " & myObj.SayHi())
Set myObj = Nothing
%>

Anybody knows how to perform this task or another link to provide the usefull information.
