WinForms in IE Security Issue - Asserting Full Trust

Hi all,
I've created an assembly with a strong name and added it to .NET's
configuration manager with Full Trust. However, the assmebly still will not
load in the Internet Zone.
I can only get the Assembly to load if I give Full Trust to a URL as well.
Is there a way to configure the Assembly for Full Trust without giving Full
Trust to the URL?
Thanks.
