Passing authentication from an application to a secure web page

P: n/a
I'm still learning .Net, so bear with me.

I have a small apllication that takes scanned pages from a scanner,
puts them into a single .PDF file, uploads the file to a database and
returns the unique ID of the uploaded file. I need pass that ID to a
web page that uses Integrated Windows authentication.

The users are already authenticated by logging into their computer
when they came into work. The users may have a lot of scanned
documents to upload throughout the day. I don't want them to have to
login to the web page every time they scan a document. How can I do
this?

Thanks!
