Custom Components will not show up in Toolbox

I want to be able to create components, like the timer
and error provider controls, which can be dragged to the
form to sit in the Components tray. When I create a new
component however I cannot get it to show up in toolbox.
Can someone help please...
Thanks,

I've tried that but the control that I added to my
project is not listed.

Thanks,

1.) Add a refference to the object
2.) right-click on your toolbox and and select "Add/Remove Items" brows to your control and add
it.
