logging into a web service

Hello everyone,

I have a newbie problem that I don't know how to approach. I'm building (in
VB net) simple tool that let me log in into a personalized web page and then
sent a string by using a POST method or something similar. Any idea how do I
start?

Many Thanx

Hi Marek,

When you sent a problem to this newsgroup, do not give it the subject
webservice when it uses a Post Method because than is not a webservice.

A webservice is something else however maybe you can use it for your
problem, here a walkthrough what shows it very nice.

I hope this helps?
