.NET HTML editor/viewer

Is there any .NET controls out there to edit / view html pages? I do not
want to use an OCX control for this... the take way too long to load up in
..NET... waiting 5 - 10 seconds for a form to show is just a no way...so are
there any native 3rd party .NET solutions? thanks
