Problem with MDI Forms

P: n/a
I have the following forms my application.

Form1 an MDI form
Form2 having a button named "close" which closes the
current form
Form3 inheriting from Form2 and placed in MDI form. Its
property StartPosition="CenterParent"
Menu1 within MDI form1 which opens the form3
When I run the application the form3 fits correctly
within the MDI form. Now when I close the form3
using "close" button and again open the form3 then the
form3 does not fit within the MDI Screen. I need to
scroll down the MDI form to close the form3 again

Can anyone tell me why this is happening??
