How can I grant/revoke activedirectory permissions from VB.Net

P: n/a
I've developed a desktop application in VB.Net, and we have Reports Services running on our Intranet server.
Some reports on the Reports Services are executed by the VB.Net application, but I need to grant/deny access depending on the access with the VB.Net application. (i.e. user X has access to screen A, so he needs access to the report executed on that screen. Same user has NO access to screen B, so I need to deny access to the report executed by that screen).
I'd appreciate any help.
