Obfuscation and Setup Projects

Hello,

This is a vb.net windows application.

I have a class library which is compiled into a dll. In the output
folder is the dll it produces, another dll written previously that it
utilizes and an interop.ChilkatFTP.dll, and a bin file with connection
information that is encrypted.

I am using the .NET Community Edition obfuscator. I do need to obfuscate
and this is the only tool available to me.

My questions are:

1. When obfuscating do I include all of the components in the output
folder of the class library?
2. How do I get the obfuscated component(s) into the setup project that
is carrying the dll? Do I just obfuscate the components and then rely on
Visual Studio to grab the file from the class library bin folder?
