DateTimePicker Dropdown/Up Down

Is it possible to have the updown buttons and the dropdown menu for the
date?

Also, below I trying to get the date and time in the format below, which
works in the datetimepicker but when you display the value it shows the
seconds. Why does it show up in the timepicker without the seconds but the
actual value has them. Is there way to get this value without the seconds?
Do I have to convert it to format without seconds? Thanks

Me.DateTimePicker1.MinDate = Now

Me.DateTimePicker1.CustomFormat = "MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm ttttt"

Me.DateTimePicker1.ShowUpDown = True
