Parse Error: "Could not load filename.ascx.vb"

Hi,

I'm creating a project. Whenever I try to add a user control or add an aspx
page it gives me the following error. When I remove the inherits="" thing,
it shows up the page.... What would be the cause of this problem.. Please
suggest asap..
