IDE issues

I got vs.net 2003. I've setup my toolbar just the way I wanted, getting
rid of unneeded buttons, etc...
Every now and then I just lose my toolbar for seemingly no reason. The
IDE goes back to its default setup.

1. Why does it do that? Is this a known issue?
2. Can I save my settings (buttons, toolbars, etc...) somehow in a how
so that I can recreate what I need later in a really fast manner?

Thanks
