vb.net and directx

Hi all,

Would anyone care to share a vb.net directx/direct3d example or perhaps even
a tutorial.
I tried google, but am struggling trying to find something like this.

thanks

Hi Tanuki,

Did you download the SDK and start that, it comes direct with an example.

And did you visit these pages?
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...entid=28000410

I hope this helps somehow?

I started reading a really good book over my honeymoon on VB.NET and
DirectX. It was .NET Game Programming with DirectX 9.0 (VB.NET Edition)

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...glance&s=books

thats the amazon link.

ISBN: 1590590511

Pretty good at explaining the managed directx classes (even though there
actual knowledge of .NET is slightly skewed). But so far, easy/enjoyable
reading and gets you into the fundamentals of DirectX.

Hope it helps.
