MSDN Help Files problem

Recently I reinstalled XP Home, followed by a reinstall of VB.NET 2003 (standard). VB.NET was working well before re-installation. Now, with every few index entries in the help section that I click on, an error messagebox comes up:

The error is identical each time.

Any help to resolve this matter would be much appreciated.

this has nothing to do with VS or MSDN .This is an IE error , try to
reinstall your IE
