Rebuilding DLL without recreating setup

We have developed a windows application using VB.NET, whicg is going to be
deployed at client place. We used VS setup project to create MSI file. Our
application consists of one EXE and five dLLs. My question is

Is it possible to rebuild only one DLL (for example reports.dll) and replace
it in the client place, without reinstalling the entire application?

TIA
