There is a vb project, it has many vb forms. In these forms one
database has been referenced and some tables/view/sp's are being used
to select/insert/update/delete data etc.

I want to make a list like this:

FormName: DB Object Used Type
================================================== =====
MST00010 Order_dtl Table
MST00010 PO_List Table
MST00010 View_Vendor View
MST00010 sp_CheckLIstGen Stored Procedure
MST00010 spr_WirePart Stored Procedure
-------------------------------------------------------
MST00020 Order_dtl Table
MST00020 Employee_dtl Table
....... etc

Create a data access layer, e.g. a Database class wrapping all data access
jobs, and you'll only have to look at that layer to find them all.
