Database access in Standard Edition

I'm not clear if the Standard edition can do this. I want to build a front
end for an Access 2000 database.
Also does SE have Crystal reports or something similar?

Thanks

Steve.

Yes you can, but it's not supported inside the IDE. You will have to
set up everything in code.

Not supported by SE.

Hi Stephen,

In addition to Herfried,

What is not really a problem.

On MSDE a lot of samples are using the designer in the Resource kit it is
almost all code.

VB.net Resource kit
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vbasic/vbrkit/default.aspx

And if you have problems installing the resource kit
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vbasic/vbr...q/#installvdir
