Handling windows scroll

P: n/a
Deal All,

Will somebody guide me how I can handle Windows scroll.

Means, it should be in my hand when I allow scrolling or not. Also,
Scroll should be visible and enabled always.

Is it possible.

Amir Ali.

Please be more specific and give samples of what you want to do.
