Error when adding manifest

Hello,
I'm having a problem adding a manifest to a vb project in order to add visual styles to my vb.net application. I followed the steps outlined her

This includes adding a resource to the exe fil
However when I run the application I get the messag

"Error while trying to run project unable to start debugging" , any idea how to resolve the issue

You will have to add the resource every time you compile the
application.
