Toolbox control

Hello
There is a control in vb.net that houses the toolbox and lets you toggle between "General", "Custom Controls" etc and a sliding tab moves up and down when you click them. What sort of control is this? Where can I get hold of such a control as I wish to use one in my application

Thank you in advance
