Mixing Console Application and Windows Service

Hello,

Some dummy questions...

1°) is it possible to an application that runs as a console application, or
a windows service? For example, to execute the service I would to start it
through ConfigPanel\Services but if I type "MyApp.exe /interactive", it runs
in interactive mode?

2°) How can I redirect the standard outputs so that when running in
interactive mode, all my console.writeline output on the screen, while when
running as a service, I redirect the output to file?
