You need to give it a valid username and password; ie, someone who could
log on to your machine. I imagine that you aren't attached to a domain, you
can either create a new user in computer management and give it that info,
or give it the info for the user that you are logged in as.

InstallUtil.exe asks to set a User and password for the service, always
tells me the user does not existe or that the password is incorrect.
Help Please.
