How to create PDF files

Does anyone know how to dynamically create PDF files from a VB.NET Windows
Forms app? Are there any 3rd party tools available to do this?

Thanks!

I have never used it in an app, but I have an application called Office
Ready PDF Edition (made by KTM Software) that acts like a printer to your
programs and will print to your application current directory.

Not quite "on the fly" but pretty darn close.
