Regular Expressions RegEx - Need help with syntax

Hi,

I need to see if one work in a set of words is in a string.

You have to ignore punctuation.

You have to match whole words.

Here is the actual requirement from our client:

A fictitious registration cannot be filed electronically if any of the
following (with or without punctuation) is in the business name:

Bank
Banking
Trust Company
Trust Co
Trust Comp
Insurance Company
Insurance Co
Insurance Comp

Example of matches:

The Banking Company
The Bank, Inc
Trust Co. Inc

Examples of non matches:

Trust Coordination
Insurance Coolers
Insurance Competition

Please provide an example of how a regular expression can find these
mataches. Something like:

"Bank\Banking\Trust {Company|Co|Comp}\Insurance {Company|Co|Comp}"
