convert english format to urdu

i want a program in which when user input through the
keyboard will convert in urdu language format the keyboard
can be any kind
plz reply me soon i m in a tension due to this problem i

sorry sir i think u dont understand my question. my
question is when we input through the keyboard in suppose
textbox when we input in english format keyboard then the
text will display in urdu language format. and without
installing urdu format.
if u say that it is a property that solve my problem then
give me the snippet of code , i will thanfull to u.

Where should the system get the fonts if they are not installed?
