The target of lnk files error

Hello
I use the code in accessories to get the LNK file target, but i found some
error. If i have installed two OS (A and B, on two partition C:\ D:\), when
i login A OS, i want to get the lnk file target(D:\Documents and
Settings\EngYXQ\Start Menu\Programs\WinRAR\WinRAR.lnk) in the other one OS,
but the code return the path "C:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe", but
actually the path should be "D:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe"!

How to correct the error?

This is code from Mattias Sjogren not very active however also not inactive
in this newsgroup and I do not know in which newsgroup Mattias is mostly
active.

However this is in the top of the program, I think he did not place that for
nothing there

However I find your question very strange, when I translatted how I
understand it, than it is that you want to have information from a non
started OS on a non reachable Disk Area.

But Maybe I understand you wrong.
