Can I add a 'button' to grid header

what I want to do is have a "Add Row" button as the first column "header", this column is the action (edit, cancel, update) for the rows, I want to allow the users to enter a new directly into the grid. Doesn't seem like I can add row from button within grid. Any idea's

Thanks
