Integer to byte

Hi

Silly question but how do I explicitly convert an integer value to a byte
value, or for that matter any one type to another type?

Thanks

John,
look up 'Type Conversion functions' in your help and lists a number of
conversion functions including CByte.
Also try the CType function for converting to any type.
