Hi,

Private Sub CheckBox1_CheckedChanged(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e
As System.EventArgs) Handles CheckBox1.CheckedChanged

If CheckBox1.Checked Then

Me.BackColor = Color.LightBlue

Else

Me.BackColor = Color.Pink

End If

End Sub
