Edit and Deleting Record in a listview in VB.NET

Hi Everyone,
I need some help in Editing and Deleting a record from a
listview.
Example- I have a list view that is populated from an Access Database, I
will like users to click on any record in the listview and be able to delete
or editing record in that list.
Please help
