How could you think that Herfried has bugs in his programs?

:-)

I didn't... I figured he would have written a bug tracking software that was
flawless and could share with all of us. =)

Herfried makes no mistakes...

We use BridgeTrak by Kemma Software.

http://www.kemma.com/

It does bug tracking, call tracking, whatever you want. Set up multiple
databases and track different types of things... really flexible. They have
a web interface and a windows interface that can both use the same db so you
can have some users one way and some another...

We've been using it for about 7 years. I quite like it. :)

Dan
Might want to look at www.elementool.com (BugTracker) or www.ultraapps.com
(Issue Manager) Both have free versions as well as upgraded pay ones.
