Scroll button not working now in VB6

I have a new Desktop Gateway PC with Windows XP Professional. Unfortunately, my scroll button does not work in any VB6 code. Does anyone know where and what driver I need, or is there another issue why the scroll isn't working now? The mouse is P/N: 7004269. Thanks.

This is a VB.NET group. Please turn to one of the VB6 groups:
microsoft.public.vb.*.

To your problem: Did you install MS IntelliPoint 4.* software? This
will AFAIR solve the problem.

You need to post a list of Acronyms so we can all keep up... what is the R?
Recall? Remember? Retribution?
