web service access

Hi,can somebody help me please
My windows application project have trouble in accessing my Web
Service project, it kept generating error 405 "Method is not
allowed".
It was working fine before i reinstall my computer.
The web service have no problem in connecting to IIS(Internet
Information Service).
Is there any setting or configuration that need to be change ?
