user controls in diff computers

I have a window app that loads a user control abc.dll dynamically

Assembly assembly=Assembly.LoadFrom("path\abc.dll"
Control ui=assembly.CreateInstance("NameSpace.ClassName"

This user control abc.dll references another user control xyz.dll

1. If the two user controls dll files are in local machine (not nessessary in same folder as the exe file)
it works

2. if the first dll abc.dll is in another computer, and xyz.dll is in the same folder as the exe, it works either

3. if both dll files are in another computer, it dosen't work

I get full accesss on the two computers

I really want to put the two dll files into another computer. Is there anyway to do it

Thank

Keith
