Using CreateProcess...Help!!

No matter how I fill in parameters for the CreateProcess API, I keep getting a NullReference exception thrown at me when my code executes

It's driving me nuts!

No matter how I fill in parameters for the CreateProcess API, I keep getting a NullReference exception thrown at me when my code executes.
Why are you using CreateProcess rather than
System.Diagnostics.Process.Start?

Can anyone help?
