Chen,
The following site provides a plethora of articles on using Outlook from
both VB.NET & C#.

http://www.microeye.com/resources/res_outlookvsnet.htm

Note its generally better if you have the PIAs installed. With Outlook 2003
the PIA is an optional install. With Outlook XP its a download (identified
on the above page).

For the most part, if you have a VBA sample the code is 1 for 1 for a VB.NET
sample (once you reference the above PIA).
