FileSystemWatcher delete type

Is there a way to copy a file before it is deleted on the system? I'm
reading the delete events from the FileSystem Watcher and it gets the event
after the file is gone... basicly im trying to make a file back up program
that backups deleted files... is there a way? thanks...
