Can i develope software for SmartPhone device??? (what i need, and where i
can find)

where i can find Compact Framework Redistributable???
in my VS .NET2003 it is include???

i find a CF in
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

15 MB!!! i will install it on a pocket???
is not it???

You can with visual studio.net 2003 or higher. Create a smart
device application. Target windows ce.

you sad that i can develope for a smartphone like nokia 7650, with WinCE
emulation???

You could make a asp.net mobil web application to target the nokia
7650 or maybe you could use AppForge.

Also, the SDK is available for smartphones 2003 on the microsoft web site,
you will need this.
