Showing a help file in a form

I have a help file (.chm extension) and I want to show it. I know I can
use the Process class to start the .chm file and it will appear, but I want
it to be contained within my form. For example, if I have a form with a
Panel, I want the help file's form to be displayed inside the panel.

I can take a normal form and set its parent to the Panel and set it's Top
Level property to False and show it inside the panel, but how can I show a
..chm help file inside the panel?

Any pointers are appreciated.
