Application Exception when using COM components

I've tried a few times to use a COM component (those
available though the Toolbox Add Component option in my
small VB.Net apps (e.g. AxSpreadsheet). When run on the
PC I develop on, the app runs with no problems but when
run on another PC, I get the following error
message "Application has generated an exception that
couldn't be handled. I never have this problem when I
use .Net components.

Is it a problem related to COM and .Net integration ?

Any hints would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Phil
