Upgrade VB .NET Standard 2002 to VB .NET Standard 2003?

Hi!
I have VB .NET Standard 2002 and would like to upgrade to 2003. Is there
an upgrade to VB .NET Standard 2003?
Thanks,
Bob Hug

Thanks again,
Bob
