Cannot 'Start' program from debug menu

Hi All,

I have been playing with VS VB.net recently.

Everytime I try to use the Debug Start VS just locks up. Start Without
Debugging is fine.

This may be related to my inability to update to the 1.1 .net framework
stuff. This is in a separte post.

Thanks for your help.

You are using VS.NET 2002?

Maybe this bug:

VS.NET 2002 doesn't work with .NET 1.1. You will have to upgrade to
VS.NET 2003.

I guess that some third-party protection software is interfering with the
machine debug manager service.

Try clean boot:

Thank you for bringing this to my intention. I installed recently and
had no idea I was given the wrong disks. I will correct this
immediately. Hopefully all my problem will go away with the upgrade.

Thanks,

Chris
