Named Pipe

Does anyone know a way to creating a Named Pipe from VB.Net.

Tom,

i have a limited knowledge of the P/Invoke, can i bother you for a quick
sample, all i'm trying to do is connect to a current named pipe, i don't
need to create one as a server.
