Error parsing HTML with .Net

Hi all

I need to create a document from Url in VB .Net. I used the following code

---------------------------------------------
using mshtm
Dim objMSHTML As New HTMLDocumen
Dim objDocument As HTMLDocumen

objDocument = objMSHTML.createDocumentFromUrl(txtUrl.Text, vbNullString
......
-----------------------------------------------

but I always got this error when call createDocumentFromUrl
"An unhandled exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' occurred in mscorlib.dll"
"Additional information: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Any idea? In VB 6.0 works fine !!!!

Thanks

Juky
